Allison Havill Todd
There’s no doubt that the paradox of her background in economics and art have influenced the way Allison directs AHT Interiors. She understands a successful business is built on a strong foundation of integrity, professionalism, organization and planning. Allison is active in all design projects because her true passion is building long-term relationships with her clients and helping them create interior spaces that reflect them perfectly. She is known for her keen listening skills and her fun, approachable style and continues to receive rave reviews for her creative, classic, and comfortable designs from clients new and old.
Allison has received many accolades, including Best Interior Designer in North Fulton & South Forsyth Counties, Atlanta’s Top Ten Savvy & Successful Women of the Northside, the Best of Forsyth Readers’ Choice award, and Best of Houzz for Customer Satisfaction. Allison’s work has been featured numerous times in both local and national publications. She is a contributing writer for several publications and is a frequent speaker for several local clubs and organizations and is committed to providing the community with the latest information in the interior design industry.
Her recently published book, Interiors for Living… Stylish & Comfortable Home Designs, is a reflection of her passion for transforming homes into beautiful, harmonious environments for her clients to live in and enjoy.
Allison Havill Todd is the creator and founder of Designing Dreams, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing beautiful interior spaces for those in physical, financial, or emotional crisis. Allison donates her time and creative energy supporting this mission and has successfully provided 5 charitable room makeovers to date.
In addition to her demanding business, Allison has volunteered for several years visiting assisted living homes and other facilities with one of her therapy dogs as part of Forsyth County’s Humane Hearts program. She is an avid supporter of both the Forsyth County Humane Society, as well as Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta and other dog rescue groups where she has adopted all of her beloved dogs. She is an alumni of Leadership Forsyth and currently serves on the board of the Bald Ridge Lodge, a non-profit Stabilization and Assessment Center for boys located in Forsyth County, Georgia which serves boys ages 12-18 who are in the custody of the Department of Family and Children Services or referred by the local Juvenile Court.
