Our world-class design service caters to working professionals, business owners, busy families, and active empty-nesters and retirees — people who place a high value on their own time and are willing to place their confidence in our expertise. Our goal is to help you create a home you love to live in and share with family and friends. We handle every detail, freeing your time to enjoy the other priorities in your life.
We limit the number of projects we accept each year in order to provide each of our clients with the superior, turn-key service and outstanding outcomes for which we are known.
Our approach is to begin by providing you with our lifestyle questionnaire to assess your preferences, priorities, timeline, and budget. If it sounds like we are a good fit for you, we will schedule your personal, complimentary phone consultation with our senior designer. This is followed by an in-home meeting so that we can become familiar with your living spaces. We will review the entire design process with you as well so you know what to expect and when. We typically handle a room or group of rooms at one time. Large projects may be broken into phases. The investment for this service involves a flat design fee based on the scope of the project and a clear agreement of the furnishings budget. All expected costs and time frames are discussed upfront before moving forward on a project and are outlined in our Letter of Agreement.
Design Fee: The design fee includes a turn-key, comprehensive plan for your priority area(s) including floor plans, paint colors, furniture recommendations, fabrics, window treatments, area rugs/flooring, lighting, bedding, wallcovering, etc. The design fee is separate from the furnishings budget and is charged at a minimum of $2800 with multiple rooms and whole houses ranging higher.
AHT specializes in multiple rooms and whole-house design plans. The overall design fee is based on the scope of work and number of rooms.
Furnishings Budget: AHT Interiors will work directly with each client to determine the furnishings budget for their living spaces.
We manage all aspects of the process from designing to measuring, ordering, scheduling deliveries and final installation. After the installation is complete we do a post-project, personal follow up to ensure that we have exceeded your expectations.
