Small Commercial Interior Design Project

Happy New Year from the team at AHT Interiors!

We’d like to start the year off showcasing a small commercial project that we absolutely loved creating for Georgia Water & Fire Restoration in Cumming, GA.

AHT Interiors handled this project from concept to completion, with the style defined as Industrial Modern Design.

In our initial meeting, the clients stated that they wanted to bring the outside in; we chose colors and a variety of material textures to inspire the team to do just that. The combination of industrial brick and steel along with the inclusion of outdoor elements created a beautiful environment throughout, which we definitely feel achieved the original goal.

We have quite a few photos of the finished design, so we’ll share each area in its own post. Today we’re excited to introduce you to the project and showcase the large, open office entrance/welcome area.

All hard surface specifications, artwork, interior wall colors, and accessories were provided by AHT Interiors. We’ll be providing you with more detail on the custom artwork in a later post.

We chose the modern geometric Earl Gray contract wallcovering for the back wall of the entrance because it beautifully complemented the custom stairway and cable railing.

The flooring in this area is a Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) manufactured by Happy Feet International. LVP is an excellent choice for an office due to its quality, comfort, and durability – and it’s gorgeous to look at as well. The custom rugs in this area were provided by Mabe Floor Covering, LLC, based in Cumming, GA.

All interior paints used for this interior design project were by Sherwin Williams:

• Main Area: Repose Gray (7015)
• Ceiling: Extra White (7006)
• Doors: Dorian Gray (7017)
• Trims & Beams: Iron Ore (7069)

AHT Interiors worked with Business Environments to determine all office furnishings, finishes, and upholstery.
